Meagan Radford is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bluefield College in 2018. From there, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing Degree at Bluefield College in 2020, and she holds a national certification with the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
She has spent most of her nursing career caring in a Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing setting, where she held various positions in both the clinical and administrative setting. The desire to improve patient outcomes and care, inspired her to obtain Family Nurse Practitioner Certification.
Meagan is native of Patrick County and began employment with Patrick County Family Practice in July of 2020. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and stays busy with her young son, Brendan. Currently, she provides health-care services to patients at both The Landmark Center and Blue Ridge Therapy Connection. Her unique skill set in the LTC/SNF setting allows her to provide quality medical management to the patients in this setting. She focuses on providing preventative care and health maintenance for patients effectively with multiple co-morbidities.
