All of the staff at Family Practice are like family members. The reception is quick and friendly. The nurse (Cindy) and gets manneryou back in a timely manner and is genuinely concerned about your physical and mental health. She relays all of your information to Dr. Cole so that when he comes into see you, he’s up to date on your needs. Dr. Cole also takes the time to hear your concerns and will follow through with the care you need. When I was being cared for while going through breast cancer. Even though I was being seen by the medical center that just specializes in cancer. The staff of Family Practice was an extension of the support system I needed to get through this.
