Brittney is such a wonderful person & a fantastic physician! She always takes time to really listen & discuss whatever problem I’m having. I never leave feeling as though I wasn’t taken care of 100%. I pray she never leaves because I would be lost without her. She is very intelligent & if she doesn’t know the answer she will dig until she finds it. I’m 70 and I have never had a more caring physician ❣️

This was my first visit to the PC Urgent Care. Great experience! Everyone was so caring and helpful. All of the staff at Family Practice are like family members. The reception is quick and friendly. The nurse (Cindy) gets you back in a timely manner and is genuinely concerned about your physical and mental health. She relays all of your information to Dr. Cole so that when he comes into see you, he’s up to date on your needs. Dr. Cole also takes the time to hear your concerns and will follow through with the care you need. When I was being cared for while going through breast cancer. Even though I was being seen by the medical center that just specializes in cancer. The staff of Family Practice was an extension of the support system I needed to get through this. I recommend Family Practice to all who ask for their primary care.
